Production and Packaging
Your order will enter production and usually require about 35-40 days to complete. You will receive photos and videos of your order along the way. When you're order's ready to ship, it is meticulously wrapped and packaged in wooden crates for extra saftey.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the production facility, you will receive an email with tracking information and watch as it arrives at your job site.
Arrival
The order will arrive on a flat bed or in a box truck based on the carrier's availability. Please be sure to have a fork lift available to remove the crates. Inspect for damage within 12 hours.
